GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Retainer Fee Is Non-Refundable.
- Everyone must arrive to the studio 15 min prior to their session time.
- Any lateness of 15 minutes you will lose your appointment.
- Everyone must arrive dressed and ready to start.
- Please make sure your child is fed and well rested by the time of the session.
- Makeup is not included, but can be added. Please call for availability.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL
- Reschedules are subject to availability, and $100 fee applies.
- If you cancel your appointment or don't show up, you lose your deposit.
IMPORTANT: retainer deposit is non refundable, no cash back, no refunds, or credits, and no transfers of appointments.
